Sue is a wonderful guide through the world of health care options, especially when we first qualified for Medicare. She provided information that was timely and accurate, in a manner that was easy for us to understand. In fact, I’m sure we would have struggled to make a decision on health care without her guidance and knowledge.

Dealing with health insurance in the past had never been a pleasant situation. She made everything so easy. I am so pleased with the decisions that I made with Sue’s help. There were no sales pitches, nor manipulation to make certain choices. I felt very confident that Sue wanted what was best for me. She also helped me with my 91 year old mother’s medicare choices, and decisions that I was afraid to make on my own. It has been a huge and important improvement for my mom.
I am still working with Sue, to help my sister be able to have the best medical care possible. Sue has gone over and beyond any expectations to help our family. I would refer her to my best of friends, and to anyone reading this. I thank Sue for her persistence, generosity of time, and sincerity.
