Sue Zanayed became best friend material from the moment I met her. I was turning 65 years old, and was already an overwhelmed caretaker for 2 parents, and a disabled sister. I was completely unprepared in regard to medicare and medicare options.
Dealing with health insurance in the past had never been a pleasant situation. She made everything so easy. I am so pleased with the decisions that I made with Sue’s help. There were no sales pitches, nor manipulation to make certain choices. I felt very confident that Sue wanted what was best for me. She also helped me with my 91 year old mother’s medicare choices, and decisions that I was afraid to make on my own. It has been a huge and important improvement for my mom.
